Benefits Offered to Members

Membership is extended only to property owners and offers many benefits.  Boating, fishing, skiing and tubing are available on 250-acre Elk Lake, which also features a beach with covered picnic tables, grills, and a roped-off swimming area.  Smaller Deer Lake is available for fishing and boating in canoes, kayaks and pedal boats.

The administration building or "lodge" houses the association office and a large recreational hall available for rent by members.  Nearby is a sheltered picnic area and playground.

Membership also provides 24-hour security to the area, regular road maintenance, and a drop-off garbage station.  See "Contact Info. for Members" for local phone numbers you might need.

Special events, such as the annual Halloween party and hayride, are provided for all residents and their guests.  Information is provided to members through a monthly newsletter and website.
