Elk Lake Property Owners' Association

The Elk Lake Property Owners' Association (ELPOA) is a Kentucky non-profit corporation with a volunteer board of directors elected annually by the members.  The board provides oversight for the improvement, maintenance and management of Elk Lake Shores, and is guided by the association's governing documents known by members as the Bluebook.  (You might need to download the free Adobe Acrobat Reader (or update the version you have to the current version) to access this document.)

The ELPOA office is staffed and open 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Friday and noon to 4 p.m. on Saturday. 

Membership is restricted to property owners.  With purchase of property within Elk Lake Shores, a buyer also submits a Membership Application.  Contact the ELPOA office for more information at elpoa@dcr.net.
