Elk Lake Shores is a resort community of about 400 property owners surrounding a 250-acre lake in the wooded hills of north-central Kentucky.

Large cedars and hardwoods provide protection for numerous deer, and the lake boasts some of the best bass fishing in the region.

The entrance is protected with 24-hour security, and admittance is limited to property owners and their guests, ensuring that weekend cottages remain undisturbed during the week.
