The "Bluebook"

The governing documents for the Elk Lake Property Owners' Association are known as the Bluebook.  (You might need to download the free Adobe Acrobat Reader, or update the version you have to the current version, to access this document.)  The Bluebook contains the association's bylaws, as well as all rules and requirements for Elk Lake property owners and members.
