Fees and Regulations for Elk Lake Shores' Members

Members pay annual dues of $600 that provide staff, maintenance and security for Elk Lake Shores, and allow the member access to all recreation areas and facilities.  New members pay a one-time $1,200 initiation fee.

Regulations pertain to the use of common areas and facilities, owner liability, security and guest privileges, banned activities, and members' responsibilities regarding their own properties.
