Fees and Regulations for Elk Lake Shores' Members

Members pay annual dues of $800 that provide staff, maintenance and security for Elk Lake Shores, and allow the member access to all recreation areas and facilities.  New members pay a one-time $2,500 initiation fee.

Regulations pertain to the use of common areas and facilities, owner liability, security and guest privileges, banned activities, and members' responsibilities regarding their own properties.

Any member adding to their property a dock, deck, storage building, shed, gazebo, garage, home addition or new dwelling must submit a Building Permit.
